Return & Refund Policy

1. If the product is defective or damaged please mail us back at within 24hrs of delivery on email/whatsapp : support@krishti.xyz  / (+919123755534). To make any claims please make a video of its unboxing of the package & product that we sent you. We always check the product before shipping.
2. Please return the defective product only within 7 days after exact delivery date at no refund charges. Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will pick up the product from Your doorstep.
3. Once we verify the return product we will send a new piece of the same product , if not available in stock we will refund you back to your bank account as per our preference within 7 days after confirmation for paid orders after we receive the product in our office.
